Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders received after 4:30pm will be processed the next business day. Please be aware that potential delays may exist due to a high volume of orders, or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1258 Michigan Ave Sarnia, ON N7S 3Y2 where in-store pickup is available.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm EST Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. If you would like to arrange for contactless curbside pickup please call us at 519-332-5889 to make arrangements.
Orders are generally shipped within 48hrs (Monday-Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2-7 days, but they report delays are occurring. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sarniacpapsupplies@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
